A Week of Blissful Relaxation
cozy living room friendly staff fresh pastries fruit selection
The suite offered a cozy living room, two inviting bedrooms, a small practical kitchen and a super clean bathroom. Santiago at the reception was always available, providing service with a friendly attitude. I loved the breakfast, especially the fresh pastries and wide selection of fruits.
I noticed some minor wear on the furniture, but it did not affect my enjoyment.

The breakfast selection included fresh omelettes and a variety of pastries that were particularly enjoyable. The food menu changed throughout the week, this offered new tastes and ensured a diverse culinary experience for the guests.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel provided a free taxi service to the nearby beach twice a day, a nice addition for convenient transportation.

subpar buffet agency lie
the staff were friendly and my room was a good size.
i am not happy, the listing said the hotel had multiple restaurants, but it only has one subpar buffet. this was like a lie and i'm really angry about it. when my girlfriend complained, they listed the pool bar as another restaurant. the agency admitted to the lie and even offered a partial refund.

the staff seemed approachable and accommodating throughout my stay.
the air conditioning did not work properly in the room i occupied. the room never cooled down as expected. other guests reported similar problems.

A mixed stay, i guess
broken equipment poor air conditioning
The room was a good size, which i suppose is something.
The gym was a joke. Half the equipment was broken. I tried to use a treadmill, but it kept stopping. The air conditioning in the room barely worked. It was stuffy and uncomfortable even with it cranked up to full blast. I wouldn't come back, honestly.

big room spacious room
the rooms were big and spacious it was a positive aspect.
the air conditioning was not effective i heard similar complaints from other guests so it wasn't an isolated issue.
