the staff were friendly and my room was a good size.
i am not happy, the listing said the hotel had multiple restaurants, but it only has one subpar buffet. this reminded me of a lie and i'm really angry about it. when my girlfriend complained, they listed the pool bar as another restaurant. the agency admitted to the lie and even offered a partial refund.

the staff seemed approachable and accommodating throughout my stay.
the air conditioning did not work properly in the room i occupied. the room never cooled down as expected. other guests reported similar problems.

A mixed stay, i guess

The room was a good size, which i suppose is something.
The gym was a joke. Half the equipment was broken. I tried to use a treadmill, but it kept stopping. The air conditioning in the room barely worked. It was stuffy and uncomfortable even with it cranked up to full blast. I wouldn't come back, honestly.
